I collaborated with 1AB Media on this series for their client, Verve Therapeutics. The concept was to have Verve employees make complex concepts more digestible.

I was given the video interviews and descriptions of the supporting animation elements. I was responsible for video and audio edits, splicing the interview clips together, and creating a cohesive, branded look.

The most challenging part was animating the movements of the book. I mostly create 2D animation so this little bit of 3D animation was a bit of a learning curve.

At the same time, my favorite part of the series was the book! I love design Easter eggs: if you look closely, the dictionary entries on all of the pages are accurately alphabetical, and the page numbers also correspond among the videos. The first video even starts on page 101, a subtle shoutout to Verve-101, one of Verve’s therapeutic programs.
